A transparent workflow is part of a quality publishing service. Projects progress through defined stages, with scope, responsibilities and deliverables established before the next stage begins, according to the book and its approved agreement.
01 — Submission and registration
The proposal or manuscript is submitted through the appropriate form. A reference is generated, information and attachments are stored, and a private tracking link is provided. This stage establishes a complete record and an appropriate route; it is not an acceptance decision.
02 — Initial assessment
The editorial office considers subject, contents, readership, language, rights and suitability for the publishing programme. It may request clarification or sample material, suggest structural development or decline the project with an appropriate explanation.
03 — Agreement and schedule
The agreement establishes services, rights and formats, review arrangements, charges, payment stages and the author’s documentation responsibilities. Scheduling reflects length, readiness and the timely handling of revisions. Material changes are discussed rather than introduced without notice.
04 — Review and editing
The agreed scholarly assessment is completed and its comments returned to the author. Editing then addresses language, terminology, references and structure. Versions and decisions are retained, and the author’s findings or conclusions are not replaced by unapproved alterations.
05 — Design, typesetting and proofs
The cover identity and interior layout are developed and contents lists, tables and figures checked. The author reviews proofs, submits corrections and approves the final version before printing or release. Accurate titles, author names and metadata are fundamental checks, not secondary details.
06 — Identifiers, deposit and production
The press coordinates ISBN and legal-deposit procedures appropriate to the work and records identifiers that have actually been issued. Production follows the approved specification and quantity. Placeholder identifiers are never used as decoration on a cover or copyright page.
07 — Release, discoverability and follow-up
The book page, descriptive materials and ordering or reading route are prepared, followed by the agreed distribution and promotional plan. Follow-up covers corrections, enquiries, future editions and any planned fair participation. Significant corrections are documented to preserve the integrity of the published record.
