We respect the privacy of researchers, authors and website visitors. Information is used to receive, assess and communicate about publishing projects. This page explains what information is requested, why it is used and how related enquiries may be made.
Information you provide
Forms may request your name, academic role, affiliation, country, email, telephone number, project title and summary, co-author details, manuscript and an applicable payment receipt. Required fields are identified. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information or unrelated identity documents.
Purposes and access
Information supports registration, suitability assessment, review, correspondence and agreed publication arrangements. Access is restricted to authorised roles, and necessary material may be shared with a relevant reviewer or service provider within the agreed work and confidentiality requirements. A submission does not automatically become a public author profile or published work.
Attachments and private tracking
Submission attachments are stored privately, separately from the public media library, and downloads require access validation. A tracking link grants access to its application; keep it confidential and do not publish it or circulate it in public groups. Contact the press if it may have been disclosed so access can be reviewed and a replacement issued where appropriate.
Cookies and external services
The forms use essential cookies for session security and tracking. Language or caching components may use technical mechanisms to support presentation. Opening WhatsApp or email involves an external service subject to its provider’s terms. Accessing the English website does not, by itself, send manuscripts to an automatic translation service.
Retention, correction and deletion
Application data is retained for as long as needed for assessment, performance of an agreement and relevant recordkeeping. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to the official email address with the application reference. Identity and any contractual or regulatory retention needs are considered before a response. Records that must be retained are not subject to an unconditional deletion promise.
Privacy enquiries
Send enquiries to borsippa.press@gmail.com with a clear subject such as “Privacy enquiry” and an application reference where available. Do not attach a complete manuscript or additional documents unless needed to explain the issue. This policy is reviewed when website functions or processing arrangements change, and the current version is displayed here.
