Distribution and book fairs

A book’s journey continues beyond production: its intended readers need to discover and obtain it. The press develops a presentation, promotion and distribution plan suited to each project’s discipline, rights and agreed resources.

The book page as a scholarly record

The book page presents the approved cover, correct title, authors or editors, synopsis, subject, language, edition, year and available bibliographic data. Contents, reading samples or full text may be included where rights permit. Readers see the publication record before downloading, rather than being sent directly to an unidentified file.

Libraries, universities and readers

Book information is prepared to support enquiries and orders, and outreach is organised according to subject and distribution plans. Library and institutional orders, event copies, discounts and supply conditions may be negotiated separately. Partners or distributors are listed only where cooperation is documented and public identification is authorised.

Presence at fairs and events

We work to include suitable books in fairs and activities approved within the press’s programme, with supporting material about the book and author. Before a commitment is made, the target event, duration, display and distribution arrangements, costs and copies are clarified. Confirmed participation is announced through News & Events rather than through invented dates or promotional claims.

Responsible digital promotion

Synopses, excerpts, cover images and promotional cards are prepared in a consistent publication identity. Publicity must not overstate findings or imply nonexistent accreditation. Arabic and English descriptions may address different readers while preserving the work’s meaning and scholarly character.

Ordering, delivery and rights

Print or digital availability, price, delivery destinations and fulfilment terms are stated in the approved publication or sales information. Displaying a cover does not imply free access to the complete text. Reprint, translation and digital rights, author copies and any royalties are established in the book agreement.
